March 2015 New Netflix Releases Preview

Kasey Moore What's on Netflix Avatar

Welcome to the March 2015 Netflix release preview where we give you the low-down on the preliminary list of new titles which will be hitting Netflix throughout March 2015. As always this list isn’t the complete list of what’s coming because Netflix usually adds new titles daily which you’ll find posted here everyday, 365 days of the year. You can scroll down for the full list of new titles being added or read on for our highlights of what’s coming up.

Let’s begin with the not 1, not 2 but three Netflix Originals heading our way in March. Right off the back of House of Cards, Netflix is giving us three compeletely different titles for us to binge through. The first, which is heading to Netflix on March 6th is Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt which was bought off of NBC to stream exclusively on Netflix. It’s an offbeat comedy similar to 30 Rock, Parks and Recreation and Community where it tells the tale of a girl who has been trapped in an underground bunker for years and now gets to live her life in New York.

The second is Bloodline a new action packed show which we don’t know too much about other than it looks awesome. Finally we’ve got a brand new season of Trailer Park Boys. The popular Canadian comedy is back for season 9 towards the end of the month bringing us more hill billy mockumentary mayhem.

Looking beyond Netflix Originals there’s plenty of other highlights too. The latest season of Glee will be streaming in full meaning you can annoy your neighbours with Fox’s hugely successful Karaoke show. Archer, the spy action cartoon series will also be added on the same day as Glee. We also get Don Drapers final chapter in the last season of Mad Men too.

In terms of movies there’s a couple of highlights including How to Train Your Dragon 2 which extends Netflix’s deal with Dreamworks further by acquiring the movie to stream as well as an upcoming TV series exclusive to Netflix. On March 1st we’ll be getting the incredible 2002 hit, Evelyn. The movie stars Piers Brosman who’s forced to look after his children alone after the mother abandons the family on the day after Christmas. It’s a stunning movie and shouldn’t be passed up by anyone.
