Welcome to one of the biggest what’s coming to Netflix articles we’ve ever had the pleasure of putting together. This will see north of 100 new titles added to the service as we get plenty of new movies, new Originals and more. Here’s the lowdown on what’s coming to Netflix between December 30th and January 5th.

You may be wondering why next week has so many new titles added. The answer is two-fold. Netflix puts out more titles over the holiday season as that’s when people are watching and we’re hitting the first day of the new year. That means many licenses that come up on an annual basis will be available. We’re seeing plenty of titles leave over the next week too, make sure you catch everything before it departs.

Now, let’s run you through some of the highlights of the next week on Netflix in the United States.

James Bond Movies

Netflix Release Date: Tuesday, December 31st

Multiple James Bond movies will hit the service on December 31st. If you’re looking for a mix then you may be disappointed as all of the Piers Brosman movies are the ones getting added. They all are stand-alone movies with minor crossovers.

The World Is Not Enough is a particular highlight of mine but GoldenEye, Die Another Day and Tomorrow Never Dies will also be added. They come just in time before the newest Daniel Craig entry gets released in April.

Pan’s Labyrinth (2006)

Netflix Release Date: Wednesday, January 1st

A true classic if you haven’t already seen it arrives on Wednesday as part of the huge movie dump.

Written and directed by the legend that is Guillermo del Toro, the Spanish-language movie tells the enchanting story of a girl escaping into a fantasy world full of horror and intrigue. Its special effects still holds up 14 years after its initial release and of course, was the winner of three Oscars.

Inception (2010)

Netflix Release Date: Wednesday, January 1st

When discussing truly great directors, Christopher Nolan certainly gets a nod. Inception is perhaps the directors finest movie to date bringing an all-star cast together for a mind-bending epic adventure.

Winner of four Oscars, the movie is about dream sharing and how one man plans to get his life back by planting an idea into the head of a C.E.O.

The Circle (US) (Season 1) N

Netflix Release Date: Wednesday, January 1st

Trust us when we say this reality series is going to be huge as it dominated the conversation when the gameshow first debuted in the UK. The series is essentially Big Brother meets Tinder. This is the US counterpart to the British show.

Only the first couple of episodes release on January 1st with more releasing throughout the month.

Anne with an E (Season 3) N

Netflix Release Date: Friday, January 3rd

It’s going to be bittersweet come Friday as the final season of Anne with an E is hitting Netflix. Although many fans wanted the series to continue the plug was pulled and season 3 was announced to be the final part in the excellent adaptation of Anne of Green Gables.

The feel-good series lands on Friday and sees Anne hit 16 years old.

Please note: this is by no means the full list. We’ll get new releases that haven’t been pre-announced and the best place to catch them is by using our what’s new on Netflix section.
