Typing this introduction paragraph is especially hard today given the amount of titles which are set to expire in October. While most media outlets have only let you know about a few of the titles set to expire, we’ve dug deep into Netflix to source out the complete list which means there’s a preliminary 358 titles set to expire throughout October 2015 with the majority leaving on the first of the month.
So what’s leaving? Well first off it’s time for the Epix catalogue to be removed from Netflix for good which includes World War Z, Anchorman 2 and a whole assortment of other EPIX goodies which have begun leaving Netflix and moving to platforms such as Hulu or Amazon Prime. The final purge will all be happening on October 1st so you’ve got a few hours left to watch those movies before we say goodbye forever.
In the middle of the month we’ll be losing all of the Sesame Street on Netflix which is a real shame and will come as a shock to a lot of parents across the US.
