After the slaughter of the January 1st removals, you can expect a quieter month in terms of removals from Netflix in February 2017. January ultimately saw the removal of over 300 titles from the Netflix library which isn’t particularly a great start to the year.
Looking ahead to February right now, we can see the BBC contract is up for renegotiation again which happens around this time each year. Last year, Doctor Who was removed as part of the BBC’s contract negotiations. We’ve marked all those that are currently scheduled to expire (note that Sherlock and Peaky Blinders aren’t included) but must stress that it’s likely most to all will be renewed.
As always, we list most titles scheduled to leave Netflix around 30 days before they’re due plus we get an extended list towards the end of the month provided by Netflix themselves.
