The Purge TV Series, Frankie Drake Mysteries, Bad Times at the El Royale
Although there was a Netflix DVD releases post last week, this week is when we really start getting full lists of new DVD’s again in 2019. Below, we’ve got all your new releases on Netflix DVD that are made available for the week of January 8th.
An impressive cast featuring the likes of Jeff Bridges, Dakota Johnson, Jon Hamm, and Chris Hemsworth star in this epic noir thriller, Bad Times at the El Royale. A collection of people come together and stay at a motel that isn’t quite as it seems. This was a definite sleeper hit of 2018 we implore you to give this one a watch.
We’ve got a couple of great boxsets added today too. If you don’t have Hulu, you probably haven’t seen Castle Rock, released last year. The highly rated first season starring Bill Skarsgård is based on the stories from Stephen King intertwined with stories and characters in a fictional town.
Two more boxsets where added this week that are unlikely to come to Netflix as well. These include PBS’s Frankie Drake Mysteries and USA Network’s limited series, The Purge.
