Are the ‘Bad Boys’ movies on Netflix?

Bad Boys 3 is a go and if you’re looking to watch either Bad Boys and Bad Boys 2 on Netflix, you may be in luck depending on where you live. Here’s you guide to streaming the first two Bad Boys movies and whether you can do it on Netflix.

Before Michael Bay went onto trash the Transformers license, he was known for Bad Boys. Neither movie were particularly loved by critics with the second movie sat at a 38 on Metacritic. The movies featured over the top action sequences, ridiculous plots and crazy dialogue.

News of the third movie came recently when Will Smith and Martin Lawrence confirmed the existance of a third movie. It’s been long awaited and by the time it comes out in 2020, it’ll have been 17 years since the second movie released. We don’t know if Michael Bay will return to direct but we do know the shows main stars are ready.

Is Bad Boys on Netflix in the United States?

If you’re in the US, not only are you out of luck if you’re wanting to stream the first two movies on Netflix, you’ll also be out of luck to stream them as part of a subscription full stop. According to JustWatch, the movies are only available on video-on-demand platforms like iTunes, Vudu or Youtube.

There’s good news here. Sony usually puts their titles on Netflix before their new theatrical releases come out which means the two movies may be available in 2019 or 2020.

In addition, if you hold a Netflix DVD subscription, both movies can be found there.

Bad Boys on Netflix UK

Likewise, those in the United Kingdom won’t be watching the movies on Netflix either. Fortunetely, you do have alternative choices.

The first movie is currently available on NowTV and Amazon Prime while the second movie only is stremaing on NowTV.

For Canadians, you currently have access to the second movie whereas the first movie streams exclusively on Amazon Prime.

Is Bad Boys on Netflix Australia?

The two movies aren’t available on Netflix Australia but you do have two alternative choices. Both movies are streaming on both Amazon Prime and Foxtel Now.
