Netflix just released the trailer for their latest documentary series and it’s unlike any other they have done before. We have all the details you need to know, including the release date.

Netflix has taken serialized documentaries to a whole different level. Now they are about to break the mold again with their latest true-crime series. It’s an in-depth look at a prank gone wrong at an American high school and the many lives it forever changed. A wrongly accused teen, a high school in chaos, a modern day witch hunt, and a filmmaker intent on finding the truth are what drives this search for justice. It’s also produced by the guys behind Funny or Die. I had you for a second.

American Vandal is a half-hour true crime satire that explores the aftermath of a costly high school prank that left twenty-seven faculty cars vandalized with *cough* phallic images.

Over the course of the eight-episode season, an aspiring sophomore documentarian investigates the controversial and potentially unjust expulsion of troubled senior (and known dick-drawer) Dylan Maxwell.

Not unlike its now iconic true-crime predecessors, the addictive American Vandal will leave one question on everyone’s minds until the very end: Who drew the dicks?

Was it this guy?

The Cast

The cast includes: Tyler Alvarez, Griffin Gluck, Jimmy Tatro, Camille Hyde, Eduardo Franco, Lukas Gage, Jessica Juarez, Lou Wilson, Camille Ramsey , Calum Worthy, and G. Hannelius.

Jimmy Tatro, of YouTube fame, will play the accused Dylan Maxwell, with Peter Maldonado (Orange Is the New Black) playing Spencer.

The Trailer
