Tributes across the celebrity world have begun flooding in as House of Cards Elizabeth Norment passes away at the age of 61. The actress died on October 13th and was confirmed by her agent earlier today.
In House of Cards Elizabeth played Nancy Kaufberger the secretary to the shows lead character – Frank Underwood. She had appeared in most of the episodes across the 2 seasons.
Elizabeth had also starred in multiple movies throughout the 80’s and had made several spots on TV series as guest stars before landing a more permanent role on the Netflix Original. MRC who produces the series have said : “Elizabeth Norment was a talented actress with a beautiful spirit who touched the entire House of Cards family. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.”
Kevin Spacey led tributes by adding on social media ‘RIP Elizabeth Norment. We all loved her and she leaves a void in all of us here at HoC’s.’
