Daredevil has undoubtedly been one of the best Netflix Originals to arrive on Netflix to date. Heck it’s one of the highest rated there is on the entire service. But fans will be itching to know when we’ll be getting the second season streaming on Netflix.
It’s important to know how Daredevil is interconnected with the other Defenders series that are releasing on Netflix. There’s three individuals getting each of their owns series and eventually they’ll each join together. It’s not the first time Marvel has done this as they’ve successfully achieved it with ‘The Avengers’.
Daredevil is the first of the new Marvel series available on Netflix with Jessica Jones immediately following then Iron Fist and Luke Cage at some point too. Jessica Jones is the only other series that has completed production and is scheduled to launch in late November 2015.
Back to Daredevil, the series was renewed for a second series almost immediately after the first launched. With that said and the way Netflix tends to work in yearly cycles we predict that you’ll be seeing Daredevil return to your screens in early 2016 most likely around the first launched so February 2015 isn’t a bad bet.
