Season 2 of The Catch has concluded on ABC and you’re probably wondering when season 2 of The Catch will be coming to Netflix. We’ll let you know when you can expect to watch as well as some info regarding season 3.

This slick drama comes from Shonda Rhimes and Betsy Beers, the team that have brought you many hit shows including Grey’s Anatomy and How To Get Away With Murder.

Starring Mireille Enos and Peter Krause it’s about a private investigator who is conned by her fiance, who disappears with millions. While juggling her other cases, Alice plays a dangerous game of cat and mouse, determined to find her evasive fiance before he destroys her career.

The series took a hit from the critics, and season 2 was retooled to try to save the show. There were 10 episodes in the second season, but the ratings were not high enough to save it. The show was cancelled in late May.

When Will Season 2 Be on Netflix?

Season 1 of the show came to Netflix in March of 2017, right before the season 2 premiere on March 9. We can expect season 2 to hit the streaming service around the same time: March 2018. Further evidence for this can be found when looking at other shows from ABC and when they land on Netflix. Most to all are renewed on an annual basis. Add to that the show has retained its March to May release schedule this year and you’ve got a realistic release schedule.

Could the show be picked up by Netflix?

After the show was cancelled, there was quite an outcry for more episodes. There is currently a petition to have the show renewed or picked up by Netflix or another network. The showrunners have revealed they have a story waiting for season 3 should the drama be given another chance.
