It’s only two weeks till Christmas and the Celebrations are almost in full swing. This week brings a total of 27 new titles to the Netflix of Australia, less than last week, but still plenty enough to keep you busy over the holiday. We have picked three titles that we think is worth your attention.
Firstly we have chosen the 1990 Musical, Comedy ‘Cry-Baby’ Staring Johnny Depp as a typical rebellious bad boy. It’s a silly fun little movie very much like Greece. Directed by the famous John Waters this film is known as a cult classic about the “fun parts of the 50’s”. If you are a fan of the Rockabilly fashion of the 50’s this is a film for you.
Our next pick is the Second season of Fuller House that is now available on Australian Netflix. The first season of this Netflix Original revival was reasonably well received, and fans are glad to see it’s made it to season 2. For people who don’t know, it’s about a recent widow to takes on more help from a friend to help her raise her own children, and hilarity ensues.
Our final pick for this week is the Gritty, Crime, Drama ‘Ray Donovan’ played by Liev Schreiber, who is a professional ‘Cleaner’ for the Rich and famous in LA. The show is very well-written, acted and is a superb character-driven drama. Perfect for someone who loves gritty dramas that you can really get involved and into with a good plot.
