Australian Netflix has seen a total of 29 new titles arrive to its screens over the past week. Below you will be able to find 15 new movies, 3 documentaries and an additional 11 TV shows that are all now available to watch on Netflix. As usual, we have taken some time to pick out three titles that we feel deserve your attention. Our first pick for this week is the 6th season of the popular Netflix animated show ‘Voltron: Legendary Defender‘. The show is a reboot of the classic 1984 series and has been praised for sticking to traditional animation methods. The show follows the adventures of five teenagers who after stumbling across the robots of Voltron frozen in Ice, they become the last hope against an evil alien force led by King Zarkon. Fans will be glad to see the 6th season now available on Netflix.
Next, we have chosen to pick out the new Netflix Original movie ‘Set it Up‘. The film follows two company assistants who in an attempt to make their bosses happy, try and set them up together. Somewhat reminiscent and even directly referencing the Parent Trap, this comedy stars Zoey Deutch, Lucy Liu and Pete Davidson. Already the show has received quite positive reviews and if you’re a fan of all the great rom-com’s Netflix has been releasing, this is another one definitely worth checking out.
Last but not least, the 6th season of ‘The Ranch‘ has found it’s way to Australian Netflix. The sitcom follows the Bennett family as they try and manage a Colorado ranch. But after the black-sheep of the family returns from his semi-pro football career in order to help run the business, things start heating up. Although subject to mixed reviews, The Ranch has proven quite popular and built up a substantial fan base, who will be more than happy to welcomed the 5th part of this series.
