The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants (Season 2) Netflix Original

Added to Netflix on February 15th

The first season of Captain Underpants was superbly produced and released to much fanfare when it first dropped late last year so it’s great to see Dreamworks continuing the story.

For those uninitiated, this series is based on the novel series by Dav Pilkey but also comes hot of the heals of Dreamwork’s main movie release which starred someone who features in another title on this list.

This season, we see George and Harold trying to get into summer camp but Melvin and his cyborg clone are making that near impossible.

The Dragon Prince (Season 2) Netflix Original

Added to Netflix on February 15th

Beautifully animated and a joy to watch for both young and old, the second season of The Dragon Prince has arrived.

This season we see Rayla and the princess race to the treasure but Claudia and Soren are hot on their heels.

The good news for fans of the show is that season 3 should be confirmed shortly.

Dolphin Tale 2

Added to Netflix on February 25th

Written and directed by Charles Martin Smith, this follow-up to the 2011 movie (also streaming on Netflix FYI) is a delightful splash back into the world of dolphins.

With Morgan Freeman, Ashley Judd and Nathan Gamble starring, the star power should be enough for adults to enjoy this title too.

This time around, the team returns to help find Winter a companion after the passing of her mother.

Kevin Hart’s Guide to Black History (Season 1) Netflix Original

Kevin Hart’s recent controversy causing him to lose his role on the Oscars in February overshadowed the release of his new Netflix series which is a shame because it’s actually quite good. That’s despite it being review bombed on various platforms.

The show see’s Kevin Hart retelling the stories of some famous black figures throughout history.

LEGO Friends (Season 2)

A bunch of new Lego titles dropped on Netflix throughout February but the sequel series to Lego Friends is one most will be most happy to see alongside some of the Lego Marvel movies.

Season 2 sees challenges await the friends as they shoot a film about their favorite pop star.
