September is soon drawing to a close and its last week has brought plenty of great new titles for you to enjoy. Below you will find a full list of all the new TV, Movies and documentaries that have been added to Canadian Netflix in this past 7 days. A total of 53 was added, consisting of 27 Movies, 9 Documentaries, and 17 new TV series. We have picked out three highlights to hopefully give you an idea where to start. Our first pick for this week is the 13th season of ‘Grey’s Anatomy‘, a popular drama based in Seattle Grace Hospital. Meredith Grey is an aspiring surgeon attempting to earn a level of respect and reputation similar to her mother, who is one of the best surgeons in the country. The ABC show has won 2 Golden Globes, why don’t you find out why?
Netflix has been working on a number of Stephen King adaptations recently, the latest to release is ‘Gerald’s Game’ based off the novella of the same name. The movie stars Bruce Greenwood and Carla Gugino as a couple who while staying in their lake house attempt to spice up their marriage. A horrific turn of events leaves Jessie Burlingame (Carla) handcuffed to her bed with no one able to hear her screams. If you are a fan of Stephen King’s wonderfully put together Horror experiences, then you defiantly should not miss this one.
On a slightly different tone, there is also plenty of titles for the kids. ‘Hotel Transylvania‘ is a family animated film taking place in a hotel run by numerous monsters, including Dracula, Frankenstein, and even a werewolf. The title is just in time for Halloween and you defiantly can’t go far wrong with sticking this on for the kids on the 31st.
This week’s Honourable Mentions include: Season 1 of the Netflix re-boot ‘The Magic School Bus Rides Again‘, the premiere of the new show ‘Big Mouth‘ and finally ‘Planet Earth II‘.
