February has arrived, and it has brought with it a whole lot of New Netflix titles to the Canadian Database. 70 Movies, Shows and Documentaries have been introduced. As usual, we have taken on the task of choosing three titles and briefly outlining them, for you to decide whether you want to give them a watch. In total there are 43 New Movies, 13 Documentaries, and 14 TV Series.

Firstly we have chosen the 2010 Biography, Drama film ‘The King’s Speech.’ A story of King George VI and his immense difficulty with public speaking due to his speech impediment. The Prince (Played By Colin Firth) must ascend to the throne, and he entrusts Australian speech therapist ‘Lionel Logue’ who has got quite an unconventional reputation, a deep friendship develops as they work to improve the king voice so that he can inspire a nation at war with Germany.

Our second pick is the new season of the popular Tv Show ‘The 100’. It’s set 97 years after a nuclear war destroyed most of the earth and civilization. A Spaceship housing what remains of the human population sends down 100 teenage delinquents that no one will miss to test the earth’s condition and whether it can withhold life. Fans will be pleased to hear that the fourth season has been released and they must face a whole new array of dangers.

Our Final pick for this week is the comedy film ‘The World’s End’ the third film in the trilogy from Simon Pegg and Nick Frost. It follows five old school friends who reunite 20 years later to complete a legendary pub crawl “The Golden Mile” that consists of 12 pubs. The somewhat leader of the group ‘Garry King’ is a 40-year-old still trapped in his teenage years and is convinced on re-living his youth back in his hometown.
