What’s New on Netflix Canada This Week: January 26th, 2019

Conversations With A Killer

Happy weekend! We take a look at the new titles added this week to Netflix Canada.

While the list of new titles is smaller than usual this week, there is still a lot of good watching to be had.

Let’s start with a movie so bad that it’s good. Gotti hit Netflix this week and it showcases John Travolta in all his cheesy splendor. From the terrible accents to the cliche dialogue, it’s a glorious mess. If you’re looking to turn off your brain and just have fun this is the way to go.

Next up is the final installment of the hit series Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. This has been a great series and will definitely be missed on Netflix. About a woman finally being freed after being held captive by a religious cult, Kimmy moves to New York where she makes a life of her own. Ellie Kemper (The Office) really made this role her own. For those of you in despair that the series is ending, chin up. Rumor has it there is a movie in the works.

Finally, we have your next true crime obsession: Conversations With a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes. This four-part series includes never before heard recordings of Bundy along with interviews and archival footage. It starts off a bit slow at first, but once you get into it you won’t stop watching.
