Only 25 titles added to Netflix Canada this past week, but with the beginning of April on Monday, we can expect a bountiful haul then. For now, of least there are plenty of titles to keep you tied over until Monday morning!
First of all, here are the highlights from this past week:
King Arthur: Legend of the Sword (2017)
Off the back of his success in Sons of Anarchy, Charlie Hunnam starred as the legendary King Arthur in Guy Ritchie’s take on the ye’ olde English tale. While the film failed to impress at the box office, the fun action-packed adventure is sure to entertain.
After pulling an enchanted sword from a stone, a streetwise misfit must accept his destiny as future king and stand up to a villainous uncle.
Jane the Virgin (Season 5)
The popular CW series is back for its fifth and final season! As each episode airs in the US, Netflix Canada will receive episodes on Friday’s, two days after airing in the United States.
After vowing to remain chaste until marriage, Jane Villanueva learns she’s pregnant due to a medical slip-up and has to rethink her future.
Traitors (Season 1) Netflix Original
Outside of the United Kingdom Traitors has been picked up Netflix as an Original. Channel 4 has seen some great success abroad thanks to Netflix’s global outreach with titles such as The End of the F***ing World and Kiss Me First. We’re fully expecting Traitors to be another smash hit on the network.
As World War II ends, a young English woman agrees to help an enigmatic American agent root out Russian infiltration of the British government.
