From classic movies to standup to a highly anticipated new season of a series, you’ll have plenty of watching options on Netflix this weekend.

Welcome to the weekend and happy November! Do you have a candy hangover from all that trick-or-treating you did this week? I have the cure. Snuggle time with your best friend, Netflix. This week brings a new month which means a big list of new additions. While they were mostly older movies, there are some very good titles in there. I suggest looking through the list and finding a few to add to your queue.

Below are my picks for the week. I have seen them all and would personally recommend them.

For your convenience, a full list of the titles added this week is at the end of this article. To keep up with new additions be sure to follow our What’s New page, updated daily.

‘From Dusk Till Dawn’ is streaming now on Netflix.

They’ll Love Me When I’m Dead

New today on Netflix is Orson Welles’ last film The Other Side of the Wind. I usually find the stories behind films are more fascinating than the actual films themselves and this is no exception. The movie is brought to us by director Morgan Neville. He’s the man behind the summer’s $22-million sleeper hit Won’t You Be My Neighbor? the documentary about Mister Rogers.

The Other Side of the Wind was Orson Welles’ white elephant. He shot it for years using his own money, was immersed in scandal, and was eventually left unfinished with his death. This film looks at the man, the film, and the circumstances surrounding them both. Actors and cameramen from the film, even Welles’ daughter are included, but what looms largest is Welles himself. He’s included in the film in a very big way. It’s an interesting watch. Is it better than the movie itself? Yes.

House of Cards: Season 6

After a lot of speculation and bit of scandal, House of Cards managed to make it back. This Spacey-free season sees Robin Wright stepping up as Underwood in Chief and managing it quite nicely. She’s just as vicious as her predecessor and knows what she wants. Frank still has a presence, there is no doubt about that, but he’s a ghost now and Claire is in charge. Get ready for a whole new level of backbiting and drama.
