Our number 12 spot goes to a little more of a sensitive and sad movie. The Heart of Christmas follows the Locke family after they discover that their 2-year-old son has Leukemia. Families who maybe have older members staying for Christmas should appreciate this 1954 classic; that seems to be still timelessly adored by fans. It’s a musical classic about a song-and-dance team who team up to save a Vermont Inn that happens to be owned by their former Commanding General. Including musical pieces such as ‘I’m Dreaming of a White Christmas’ and a whole array of wonderful musical scores, that makes it a “feel-good” film. Makes a nice change from modern Christmas movies.
