New Releases on Netflix UK (27th June)

As we reach the end of another month (yep, Christmas is less than 6 months away!) the new additions are easing off. We’ve still been given a dozen or so new things to watch though. “Babel”, starring Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett, tells three different stories across four countries – all linked to one tragic event in Morocco.

On a lighter note, “Red vs. Blue” is a web-series that parodies the many first-person shooter games and was actually created using the game Halo. Netflix have added 5 ‘volumes’ of the series that are around 70-90 minutes long. The episodes are a few minutes long so it looks like ‘volume 1’ is all the episodes of season 1 put into a single film. For more information on it’s creation see their wikipedia page.

And finally, for the kids this week we have two new titles. “Agent F.O.X.” is about a spy fox sent to check up on a rabbit community where he gets mistaken as one of their kind… “Dragon Guradians” is another animated tale where an elf and his dragon friends must save the forest from a deep-freeze.

That’s all for now, see you next week for the ‘First of the Month’ additions!
