First of all, here are the highlights of today’s additions:
The Great Gatsby (2013)
2013’s The Great Gatsby was the 6th Adaptation and certainly the most ambitious of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s classic novel. With a budget quoted of up to $195 Million, no expense was spared to heighten the grandeur and lifestyle of Jay Gatsby. While some critics felt the film was lost in the spectacle of it all, it still earned two Academy Awards for Best Production Design and Best Costume Design respectively.
At the height of the roaring twenties, in New York, Jay Gatsby holds the most extravagant parties in the hope the woman he loves attends. Bearing witness to Gatsby’s life of love spiral into the tragedy is World War I veteran Nick Carraway, who in his old age recounts the time he spent living next door to his millionaire neighbor.
Friends with Benefits (2011)
The friendship of Jamie (Mila Kunis) an executive recruiter based in New York and art director Dylan (Justin Timberlake) is put to the test when the pair add sex to their relationship.
