What’s New on Netflix: April 16th, 2019

Hello Tuesday, the ugly twin sister of Monday! With Friday a few days away, there are still plenty of titles added this past week to keep you entertained until the weekend begins. Here are all the titles added to Netflix for April 16th, 2019.

Today see’s a total of five brand new additions to Netflix US. You can expect a lot more title to arrive later this week but for a Tuesday a haul of five titles is pretty damn good.

About Time (2013)

What would you do if you could relive any moment in your life? That’s the conundrum facing Tim Lake when his father shares the family secret that the men in the Lake family can time travel. Deciding he wants to use these new found powers to find a girlfriend, he falls in love with Mary. After multiple attempts at wooing her, she finally falls in love with Tim. Even though Tim has found happiness and love, his powers can’t save him from the everyday problems of life.


A Little Chaos (2014)

Genre: Historical Drama
Cast: Kate Winslet, Matthias Schoenaerts, Alan Rickman, Stanley Tucci, Helen McCrory
Runtime: 112 Minutes

On very few occasions did the late Alan Rickman take the director’s seat to present his own creative flair, but A Little Chaos allowed him to do just that. The second feature film directed by Rickman since 1997, the period-drama was also the second collaboration between himself and Kate Winslet.

At the height of his power, King Louis XIV entrusts the creation of designing the gardens for the Palace of Versailles to Sabine De Barra. Ambitious, skilled and beautiful it’s not long before she catches the eye of the men of the court, embroiling her into political and romantic complications.
