Revenger now on Netflix
It’s time to look at your new releases on Netflix for January 15th and while the 15th of the month is usually stacked full of goodies, it’s a little lackluster today. Here are some of our picks and the full list of the 13 new titles that dropped on the service today.
The majority of today’s new additions are all foreign titles so we’ll skip past most and focus on the English titles. You can get more information on the foreign titles on our what’s new on Netflix hub.
Drake: Rewriting the Rules (2019)
In doing research of this title, I was astounded how little this documentary has been promoted until I found out it’s an “unauthorized documentary”. The hour and 15 minutes long documentary takes a look at the Canadian rapper and tries to piece together what makes him click and gives him fans all around the world.
Abducted in Plain Sight (2017)
Crime documentaries are always popular on Netflix and if you’re a fan of the genre, this one should be on your list too. This is a story on a church-going family from Idaho who has their daughter kidnapped by an unassuming neighbor.
Revenger (2019) Netflix Original
Looking for a Korean action thriller? Then this Netflix pickup from Korea could be up your alley. The over-the-top action driven movie features Bruce Khan, Hee-soon Park and Jin-seo Yoon.
The movie is about a police investigator, now retired, returns to a prison island to revenge his fallen family.
