Welcome to your daily recap of what’s new on Netflix and this is the first update since last Friday and that’s mainly due to a complete lack of content worth talking about. We’re back today though with some new titles including one for those who love B-rated sci-fi movies. Here’s your recap of what’s new on Netflix from June 22nd to June 25th, 2019.

Forest of Piano (Season 2) Netflix Original Anime Series

Added to Netflix on Monday was the second season of the sleeper anime hit, Forest of Piano. The beautifully animated series heads into the second season with our protagonists headed into the first stage of the Chopin competition.
12 new episodes were added and while we’re not sure on season 3 just yet, this is a must-watch for anime lovers.
Mike Epps: Only One Mike (2019) Netflix Original Stand-up Special

Four years after he debuted his first Netflix Original special called “Don’t take it personal”, mike is back for his next special.
In this special, which takes just over an hour to watch, you can see Mikes takes on the likes of sexual misconduct, special education, and body parts.

The Long Goodbye: The Kara Tippetts Story (2019)

This documentary that’s slipped quietly onto Netflix first released earlier this year and covers the story of Kara Tippetts who suffered from breast cancer and chose to share her final days on Earth with us.
The tear-jerking hour and a half documentary is now streaming on Netflix.
