John Carter is now on Netflix US
Welcome to your daily update of what’s new on Netflix. It’s a quieter day, especially when compared to yesterday where we saw over 60 brand new titles added. In total, 5 new titles were added today. Here’s a look at the highlights and the full list.
Again, make sure you didn’t miss any of yesterday’s additions as there were plenty of massive movie releases. Tomorrow is Friday meaning that Netflix is going to release a bunch of new Originals.

You may have expected older Disney movies to stop coming to Netflix given the upcoming streaming service but that’s yet to be proved the case. Today, the 2012 live-action movie John Carter joins Netflix for the first time.
The movie was received with a mixed reaction when it first released as it sets to tell the story of a civil war veteran who lands on an alien planet and becomes a prisoner.
American Experience: The Circus (Special)
Genre: Documentary, Biography, History
Cast: David McCullough, David Ogden Stiers, Michael Murphy, Oliver Platt
Runtime: 60 min
PBS’s American Experience documentary series has been running since 1988 and Netflix has been getting individual episodes with six residing now on Netflix.
This episode takes us to the circus and documents the height and the fall of the American tradition.
