A brand new season of WWE: Unreal will help kickstart the New Year on Netflix as season 2 drops on January 20th, 2026. The second season will take audiences on the road to Summerslam, which culminates in some of the biggest moments of the year for the WWE.
WWE: Unreal is a Netflix Original docuseries directed by Chris Weaver, known for All or Nothing. Erik Powers is the showrunner of the series, which is produced by NFL Films, Omaha Productions, Skydance Sports, and the WWE.
The docuseries takes subscribers behind the scenes for an unfiltered, never-before-seen look at the WWE’s creative process, featuring exclusive footage, interviews with the creative team, and WWE superstars.
When is WWE: Unreal season 2 coming to Netflix?
Netflix has confirmed that WWE: Unreal season 2 will be released on January 20, 2026!
An official trailer or poster for the second season has not yet been released.

What will the second season of WWE: Unreal cover?
The second season will pick up where the first season left off, as the road to Summerslam begins with CM Punk’s heated rivalry with Seth Rollins continuing to boil, John Cena defends his 17th world title against Cody Rhodes, meanwhile, Naomi gets an opportunity of a lifetime at Money in the Bank, and lots more.
