Big Mouth season 2 has just been released on Netflix and fans are already clamouring for any and all information regarding a third season. Here’s our ongoing preview of whether we’ll get a season 3 of Big Mouth, when it’ll release on Netflix and any other information we know.
The foul-mouthed animated sitcom comes as part of a new wave of Netflix Original shows designed to get Netflix competing with the likes of Fox in the animation department.
Big Mouth comes from the mind of Nick Kroll (who is a frequent star on Netflix) where we see a bunch of teenagers going through the woes of puberty and growing up.

Big Mouth Season 2 Renewal Status
Official Renewal Status: Renewed (last updated: 11/18/2018)
Rather strangely, the series was renewed on a Saturday night through the shows various social media accounts.

No additional details were announced alongside its renewal announcement other than confirming what we already predicting with the release being sometime in 2019.
Do fans want a season 3?
One of the biggest problems with Big Mouth is how easy it is to consume in a single viewing. On Twitter and other social media platforms, Netflixers are already stating their case for a third season of the show.

When will Season 3 of Big Mouth be on Netflix?
Most Netflix Original animated shows take around a year to release (with the exception of kids shows) and that has been the case for seasons 1 and 2 so far. September 2017 was when season 1 released and season 2 released in October 2018. That means we can likely expect season 3 to release in September 2019 at the earliest.
