What is the plot of Everybody Loves Me When I’m Dead?
Netflix has provided a synopsis for the movie:
“At the center is Toh, a respected TV star making a rare and powerful return to film. Toh is a diligent bank employee and devoted father, whose world unravels as technology threatens his job and mounting bills push his family to the brink. When his daughter’s costly international school fees become the final straw, Toh’s desperation leads him to team up with Petch (Vachirawich Wattanapakdeepaisan), a junior colleague who stumbles upon a dormant bank account containing 30 million baht — money left behind by a deceased client with no heirs.
Driven by circumstance and temptation, the two men make a fateful choice to take the money. But their plan quickly spirals out of control, drawing them into a deadly game with dangerous criminals who want the fortune back.”

Who are the cast members of Everybody Loves Me When I’m Dead?
Ken Theeradeth Wongpuapan plays Toh.
Ken had the following to say about the role after returning from a six-year film hiatus:
“It took a lot of adjustment. I had to read the script, rehearse, and workshop to truly understand Toh. He’s lived by the rules his whole life, so breaking them opens him up to a completely unknown world. He loses all sense of reason and goes too far, reaching a point of no return. The film makes you question how far someone will go for the ones they love. It’s unique, tackles fresh issues, and is incredibly thought-provoking.”

Ryu Vachirawich Watthanaphakdeephaisan plays Petch.
Ryu also shared his thoughts on the film, its themes, and his character:
“This film isn’t just thrilling; it’s relatable. It explores family, relationships, and even dormant bank accounts. That makes it more personal than other thrillers. Petch, the character I play, is laid-back but driven to survive. Dig deeper, and you’ll find reasons behind his actions and valuable lessons for the audience”

Chulachak Chakrabongse plays Vodka.
The character of Vodka has been described as a ” cold-blooded hitman working for Kamnan Mhu, a powerful local figure determined to track down the 30 million baht in the elderly woman’s dormant account.”
