October is the month most associated with the fall and of course, Halloween. After months of the series being on hiatus we’ve now got Hemlock Grove clearly in our sights for its third and final season landing on Netflix towards the end of the month. A nice Halloween treat I hope you’d agree.
In recent months it’s clear Netflix has been establishing a schedule when it comes to its monthly additions of their own original content with each month containing a bit blockbuster TV series, a movie and kids show.

Beasts of No Nation

This will undoubtedly be the movie that Netflix needs to make it a credible threat to the traditional movie industry. Beasts of No Nation stars Idris Elba who you may recognise from his roles in The Wire, Luther and a short stint on The Office.
Early reports are suggesting that it’s an awesome movie with Idris receiving a bulk of the praise for his role as a commandant and his child soldiers fighting in a civil war in Africa.
