Netflix is officially welcoming back the “Son of Netflix” as Song Kang makes his highly anticipated return in the upcoming K-drama Four Hands, Two Sonatas. Marking his first major project since completing his mandatory military service, the romantic drama is scheduled to make its global debut on August 29, 2026.
Four Hands, Two Sonatas is an upcoming South Korean romantic drama series directed by Park Hyeon Seok and written by Shin Yi Won. The series is produced by Studio Dragon, which has a long-running relationship with Netflix, having produced popular shows such as Kingdom, Love Alarm, Sweet Home, My Holo Love, Doona, Hierarchy, and lots more!

“Piano prodigy Kang Bi O is consistently ranked first in both academics and performance. Who are the cast members of Four Hands, Two Sonatas?
The three lead cast members confirmed for the K-drama are Song Kang, Lee Jun Young, and Jang Gyu Ri.
Song Kang will play Kang Bi O. Thanks to the sheer volume of Netflix projects he has starred in, fans have dubbed him ‘Son of Netflix.’ So far, Song Kang has acted in all 3 seasons of Sweet Home, My Demon, Forecasting Love and Weather, Nevertheless, Navillera, and Love Alarm.

Lee Jun Young will play Choi Jung Yo. The actor has starred in Netflix titles including Weaker Hero Class 2, When Life Gives You Tangerines, Melo Movie, Mask Girl, DP, and Love and Leashes.

Jang Gyu Ri will play Hong Jae In. The actress has starred in Netflix projects such as When the Phone Rings and It’s Okay to Not Be Okay. She is also a former K-pop idol and was once part of the girl group FROMIS_9, where she was the lead vocalist.
