The Australian comedy series Fisk has now been a staple of the Netflix lineup for the past two years, and we’ve now finally got confirmation that season 3 of the Kitty Flanagan-led workplace comedy is headed to Netflix globally in August 2025.
The series came out of the gate swinging when it was first added to Netflix back in August 2023, spending a week in the top 10 charts despite only being available in a handful of regions. The second season won’t be long in coming, joining Netflix a few months later in December 2023.
According to the Engagement Reports, Seasons 1 and 2 have garnered 8.6 million and 4.3 million views since being added to Netflix, although it is worth noting that the series has experienced a significant decline in viewership, particularly over the past six months.
The good news is that a third season was commissioned in mid-2024, although it’s been a long wait to learn whether or not it’ll be coming to Netflix. The series did air its new episodes back in October and November 2024 in Australia, so it’s just been the case of waiting for details (if any) about its Netflix release. Thankfully, the wait is over; Netflix has confirmed that multiple regions will be carrying Fisk season 3 from August 2025, beginning August 20th, 2025.
The addition to Netflix includes all regions of the service, including the US, Australia, Canada, and the UK, as well as European, Latin American, and Asian territories.
The synopsis for season 3, courtesy of ABC TV iView, reads, “Now that Helen is a name partner, the stakes are much higher when things go haywire at Gruber & Fisk. When Ray is distracted by love and Roz suffers a crisis of confidence, Helen must step up and right the ship.”
Season 3 consists of six episodes, and here are the titles and runtimes:
- Episode 1 – Bees in the Hive – 28 mins
- Episode 2 – Burning Up – 26 mins
- Episode 3 – “I’m The Fisk” – 29 mins
- Episode 4 – The Sandman is in the Building – 28 mins
- Episode 5 – Red Wine and Evanescence – 25 mins
- Episode 6 – Gal Pal O’Clock – 28 mins
This season also features a big range of guest stars including Carl Barron, Ting Lim, Dave O’Neill, Justine Clarke, Tom Ballard, Gabrielle Chan, Tom Piotrowski, Sam Campbell, Claudia Karvan, Stephen Lopez, Anne Edmonds, Rhys Nicholson, Christine Johnston, Jane Clifton, Ray O’Leary, Jason Geary, Brian Nankervis, Danielle Walker, Glenn Robbins, Mel Buttle, and Nath Valvo.
For a full list of what’s coming up on Netflix in the US throughout August 2025, keep it locked here on What’s on Netflix. Other licensed titles on the way, specifically in the US, include Love Life, two seasons of Titans, more Outlander, and Sullivan’s Crossing, plus the sci-fi series Extant.
No word on whether there’ll be a season 4 of Fisk right now. Kitty has expressed interest in developing more seasons but no word from ABC yet.
