Just in time for Halloween, Netflix is expanding its horror gaming lineup with a brand new title based on the hit movie franchise, The Conjuring. Better yet, it’s heading to Netflix’s cloud gaming service.
Spotted in the latest October 2026 New on Netflix newsletter, What’s on Netflix has confirmed that The Conjuring: Unspoken is slated to drop later this month, though we still don’t know much such as who’s making it or just how deeply it’ll tie into the games.
While the newsletter quietly listed the title as “Coming Soon” under the standard mobile games roster, we’ve learned that The Conjuring: Unspoken will actually be a Cloud release, meaning you’ll stream it on your television (or web browser) and use your mobile device as a controller.
It’s also officially based on the massively popular Conjuring cinematic universe!
Launched in 2013 by director James Wan, The Conjuring Universe is a massively successful supernatural horror franchise centered around the dramatized, real-life case files of demonologists and paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren. The cinematic universe has since expanded far beyond its core films to include a web of highly lucrative, interconnected spin-offs like the Annabelle movies and The Nun series, collectively grossing billions at the global box office. The blockbuster intellectual property is owned and distributed by Warner Bros. Discovery (under its New Line Cinema banner), with production typically spearheaded by Peter Safran’s The Safran Company and Wan’s Atomic Monster.

The news comes hot on the heels of Netflix’s recent reveal of Unhinged, another high-profile horror game featuring a star-studded voice cast that includes Zoë Kravitz, Sadie Sink, and Troy Baker. That released to universally good reviews across the board.
With The Conjuring: Unspoken arriving just before Halloween, it looks like Netflix is aiming to deliver the ultimate spooky season treat for its gaming subscribers.
