All American seasons 1 through 5 are now on Netflix in the United States alongside the spin-off show All American: Homecoming. Season 6 of All American will be coming to Netflix US much later than usual and we’re also getting a seventh season too!
Topping 100 episodes this season, All American is the sports drama series from April Blair (who has a new upcoming show on Netflix). It stars Daniel Ezra, Bre-Z, and Greta Onieogou. The series follows a teen South Los Angeles football player recruited to the Beverly Hills High School team.
Only Netflix in the United States currently carries the show through an output deal Netflix had with the US network The CW, where it took all scripted shows from 2013 through 2019.
The show was given a season 6 renewal in January 2023 and is one of the few The CW original scripted series to get renewals into the 2023/24 season.
As you may have heard, All American (and plenty of other shows, including those on Netflix) was severely impacted by both the writers’ and actors’ strikes. That meant its regular Fall spot on The CW had been abandoned, with production and release ultimately pushed back.
Despite the delay, All American season 6 premiered the first of its 15 episodes on April 1st, with the scheduled finale planned to air on July 15th, 2024. In addition, The CW announced All American would be renewed for a seventh season even though All American: Homecoming is ending with its current airing season.

When will All American season 6 be streaming on Netflix?
As you may know, Netflix always gets new seasons of shows from its output deal with The CW around eight or nine days after its finale air date.
All American has had a persistent release schedule for the past few years, meaning new seasons arrive roughly in April or May. Season 5, for example, came to Netflix on May 23rd, 2023, following the season finale airing on May 15th.
What’s on Netflix has confirmed the release date for all fifteen episodes of season 6, which will be released on July 23rd, 2024.

While you’re waiting for All American season 6 on Netflix, you should check out All American: Homecoming on Netflix. Two seasons are currently available, and a third season is also confirmed. It will be released on Netflix in 2024, but only in the US.
