Is Season 1 of ‘The Boys’ on Netflix?

Published on EST

The Boys is available to stream on Amazon Prime

Another superhero series we hear you say? That’s right, but hands down this nothing like you’ve ever seen (certainly not at Marvel anyways). But more importantly, is The Boys on Netflix? Regretfully it isn’t available to stream on Netflix, but we know where you’ll need to go to watch The Boys.

The Boys is an American superhero black comedy based on the comic book of the same name by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson.

In a world where superheroes are treated like celebrities, they are marketed, branded and monetized. None of the ‘Supes’ are more revered than ‘The Seven.’ There’s more than meets the eyes to the gods among men. A group of human vigilantes seeks to bring The Seven down and reveal their corruption to the world.

Is The Boys on Netflix US?

As you may have already figured by now, The Boys is not available on Netflix in the US.

The Boys is a Prime Original and is exclusive to Amazon Prime. An Amazon Prime membership will cost you $12.99 a month if you wish to watch The Boys and various other titles Prime has to offer.

What about other regions?

That would be a resounding no. As a Prime Original, the series isn’t available to stream on Netflix in any region around the world.

The only home of The Boys is on Amazon Prime.

Regions without Amazon Prime may receive The Boys on Netflix but I wouldn’t hold your breath.

Is the series worth watching?

Most definitely. After binging the series on the weekend I can’t wait for the second season.

The series currently stands at a 9.1/10 on IMDb and has a positive 76% on Rotten Tomatoes.

On Metacritic, the series stands at 73.
