Coming to Netflix: Thursday
P4L! It’s the end of the line for the Pogues as the fifth and final season of the wildly successful coming-of-age action drama arrives. This conclusive chapter promises an emotional, action-packed farewell as John B, Sarah, JJ, Kiara, Pope, and Cleo embark on one last high-stakes treasure hunt. The Audacity (Season 1)
Coming to Netflix: Wednesday
Continuing the incredibly fruitful licensing relationship between Netflix and AMC, this dark, star-studded Silicon Valley satire is making its streaming debut. Created by Emmy Award-winner Jonathan Glatzer (Succession, Better Call Saul), the series follows a wannabe tech titan (Billy Magnussen) whose life begins to unravel after he blackmails his therapist (Sarah Goldberg) into helping him save his company. Co-starring Zach Galifianakis, Rob Corddry, and Simon Helberg, this sharply written comedy is a timely, hilarious roasting of tech culture.
I Swear (2025)
Coming to Netflix: Saturday
After a highly successful, BAFTA-sweeping theatrical run in the UK, this powerful, critically acclaimed biographical drama makes its SVOD debut in the US. Robert Aramayo delivers a phenomenal, award-winning performance as John Davidson, a Scottish activist who grew up navigating severe Tourette syndrome in 1980s Galashiels—a time when the condition was deeply misunderstood. Featuring an authentic script and co-starring Maxine Peake and Shirley Henderson, this is an uplifting, must-watch true story about community, friendship, and the power of an unfiltered voice.
Armageddon Time (2022)
Coming to Netflix: Monday
Another smaller budget film that’s making its Netflix US debut this week is James Gray’s deeply personal and critically acclaimed coming-of-age drama. Set in 1980s Queens, the film follows a young Jewish-American boy navigating the complex expectations of his family while forming a close bond with a rebellious Black classmate. Featuring incredible performances from a powerhouse cast—including Anne Hathaway, Jeremy Strong, and Anthony Hopkins—it’s a moving, thought-provoking film about privilege, prejudice, and the moral guidance of family.
