Netflix UK is about to get a massive injection of licensed TV goodness. From highly anticipated network procedurals to fan-favorite sci-fi comedies, the late-June and July 2026 roster looks absolutely stacked. Here are some highlights.

While Netflix’s original lineup continues to dominate the headlines, we know how much our readers love diving into a meaty licensed series. Over the past few months, we’ve seen Netflix globally ramping up its acquisitions from studios like Disney, NBCUniversal, and Warner Bros. Discovery.

Many of these titles have been making waves on Netflix in the US and other international regions, and now it’s the UK’s turn to get in on the action.

Here is a roundup of the biggest licensed TV shows heading to Netflix UK at the end of June and throughout July 2026:

Sullivan’s Crossing (Season 4)

Coming to Netflix UK: June 30th

Fans of Virgin River who haven’t yet checked out Sullivan’s Crossing need to add this to their queue immediately. Based on the novels by Robyn Carr, this Canadian drama starring Morgan Kohan, Chad Michael Murray, and Scott Patterson has been a major streaming hit.

As we recently reported, the fourth season was just fast-tracked to Netflix US earlier this month after finishing its run on The CW, and thankfully, UK subscribers won’t be left waiting in the cold.

Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated

Coming to Netflix UK: June 30th

Get your Scooby Snacks ready! Widely regarded by fans as one of the best and most serialized iterations of the iconic mystery-solving gang, Mystery Incorporated is heading to the UK library. It’s the perfect animated binge to keep you busy while we wait for more updates on Netflix’s upcoming live-action Scooby-Doo! origin series.

The Rookie (Multiple Seasons)

Coming to Netflix UK: July 1st

Nathan Fillion’s hit ABC police procedural has been a staple of Netflix in multiple regions globally for a few years now but a few key territories are notably missing out. It’s easily one of the most requested shows we see in our inbox for the UK, and at long last, The Rookie is crossing the pond. Following John Nolan, the oldest rookie in the LAPD, multiple seasons will drop on the first of the month to consume your weekends.

Ted

Coming to Netflix UK: July 1st

Seth MacFarlane’s foul-mouthed bear is bringing the laughs to Netflix UK following its earlier rollout on Netflix in international territories earlier this year! Serving as a prequel to the hit comedy movies, this live-action series follows a teenage John Bennett and his best friend Ted navigating high school in 1993 Massachusetts. The show was a huge hit for Peacock in the US and has called NowTV its primary home in the UK until now.

Resident Alien (Season 3)

Coming to Netflix UK: July 1st

Alan Tudyk’s hilariously quirky sci-fi comedy Resident Alien has been one of Netflix’s biggest licensed success stories worldwide over the past few years. After Harry Vanderspeigle’s crash landing on Earth won the hearts of millions of subscribers, the UK is finally getting its hands on the critically acclaimed third season although we’ll likely have a bit more of await for season 4.

It’s a bittersweet arrival, however. As we extensively covered earlier this month, despite pulling in massive viewership numbers on Netflix, NBCUniversal officially pulled the plug on the series, and Netflix won’t be stepping in to save it for a Season 5.

Jamie Johnson (Multiple Seasons)

Coming to Netflix UK: July 4th

For the football fans out there, the CBBC hit Jamie Johnson is bringing its inspirational sports drama to Netflix UK. The series follows Jamie, a teenager with a difficult home life but a massive talent for the beautiful game, and multiple seasons will be available just in time for the summer holidays.

The Tick (2001) & The Tick (2016)

Coming to Netflix UK: July 8th and July 15th respectively

SPOOOOOON! Superhero satire is getting a double feature on Netflix UK this July. First up is the cult-classic 2001 Fox series starring Patrick Warburton in the big blue suit, landing on July 8th. A week later, on July 15th, Amazon’s well-received 2016 reboot starring Peter Serafinowicz will drop. If you love The Umbrella Academy or The Boys, these are absolute must-watches.

Bones (Multiple Seasons)

Coming to Netflix UK: July 11th

The Jeffersonian Institute is finally opening its doors in the UK! Back in January 2026, we reported that Disney and 20th Century Television were licensing all 12 seasons of Bones to Netflix in select international regions—including Europe and Australia.

At the time, the UK (and Canada) were sadly excluded from the deal. But good things come to those who wait! Booth and Brennan will officially be bringing their forensic expertise to Netflix UK on July 11th.
