The wait is almost over for US fans! Netflix has officially confirmed that Sullivan’s Crossing Season 4 will arrive on June 30, 2026, continuing its run as the streaming home for the beloved drama.
While initially exclusive to Netflix in the US and Canada, Sullivan’s Crossing has since seen a massive international rollout. Following Canada’s addition in April 2025 and the US picking up the show shortly after, the UK added the series in October 2025. This was followed by a global expansion throughout February 2026, bringing the show to regions like Argentina, Belgium, Germany, India, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, and Spain. Depending on your region, you’ll currently have access to anywhere from one to all three seasons.
The series has been a runaway viewership success. Season 1 racked up over 5 million views, while the third season spent three weeks on the Netflix Global English TV Top 10 list, peaking at #3. It has also dominated linear television, becoming a top 5 CW original and the network’s #1 program on digital platforms in 2025.
What to Expect in Season 4
Picked up by Canadian broadcaster CTV in June 2025, with The CW acquiring the broadcast rights shortly after, Season 4 wrapped filming in Halifax, Nova Scotia in late 2025. Showrunner Roma Roth returns alongside an executive producing team that includes author Robyn Carr (whose name will be familiar to Virgin River fans).
The highly anticipated ten-episode fourth season is already airing on The CW, having officially premiered on Monday, April 20, 2026 (8:00-9:00pm ET/PT) and is still airing weekly as of the publishing of this article.
We also have a brand-new synopsis hinting at major drama for Maggie (Morgan Kohan) and Cal (Chad Michael Murray). According to The CW:
“In Season 4, Maggie Sullivan’s life at the Crossing is finally taking shape having decided on a new direction for her career and a renewed commitment to Cal. That is, until Maggie’s ex-husband, Liam (Marcus Rosner), arrives with a shocking revelation which only upends Maggie’s life once again and causes Cal to question whether Maggie will ever truly be able to leave her past behind.”
Beyond Liam’s disruptive return, Season 4 brings some major on-screen shakeups. Most notably, Scott Patterson (Sully) will not reprise his role this season following reported creative differences. The new season will also introduce a new character designed to further test Maggie and Cal’s relationship.

When will Season 4 release on Netflix?
Thanks to a fast-turnaround release strategy—similar to their old output deal with The CW—the show will hit the US Netflix library right after it concludes its broadcast run. With The CW finale scheduled for Monday, June 22, Season 4 will drop on Netflix in the US on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, just eight days later.
While this June 30th date is currently exclusive to the US, international regions will likely follow suit shortly after. By securing these rights, Netflix will hold onto the show for years to come, extending well beyond their previous August 2027 expiration date.
We’ll keep you posted on any international release date updates for Sullivan’s Crossing as soon as we get them.
What to Watch While You Wait

The obvious choice is Virgin River, which is based on source material from the same writer as Sullivan’s Crossing and has recently begun filming season 8.
