Filming has recently gotten underway on Netflix’s next significant Harlan Coben adaptation called Missing You. New pictures released to What’s on Netflix by photographer Mark Campbell confirm that Rosalind Eleazar has been cast in the new British series.

Rosalind Eleazar is leading new mystery crime thriller playing the role of Detective Kat Donovan in the new Harlan Corbin drama for Netflix. Netflix UK produces the new series with Quay Street Productions and Final Twist Productions. Guy Hescott serves as producer on the new series, with Richard Fee as executive producer.

Five episodes of around 60 minutes a piece are being made in total. The pictures seen above and below were taken in Bolton. Manchester as a filming destination is almost mentioned by several production listings. We don’t know when filming will be wrapped up.

Here’s a recap of the book the series will be based on, which was released in 2014, courtesy of GoodReads:

“It’s a profile, like all the others on the online dating site. But as NYPD Detective Kat Donovan focuses on the accompanying picture, she feels her whole world explode, as emotions she’s ignored for decades come crashing down on her. Staring back at her is her ex-fiancé Jeff, the man who shattered her heart—and who she hasn’t seen in 18 years.”
