The dark comedy series Imposters seemingly came and went without much fanfare, but fans of the show, at least in the US and Canada, have been able to binge the first two seasons on Netflix for the last few years, but that availability will soon be coming to an end.

Starring Inbar Lavi, Rob Heaps, Parker Young, and Marianne Rendón, the show is about a con artist who lures engages in matrimony with marks before stealing their entire fortunes with the help of a team of fellow grifters. The show ran for two seasons across 20 episodes before being canceled in the summer of 2018.

Netflix US first added Imposters back in February 2018, with the second season and what is the final season, which then arrived just over a year later in April 2019.

Now, five years after the final season was added to Netflix, it’s scheduled to depart the streamer. A notice can now be found on the page for Imposters stating that your last day to watch on Netflix is April 5th. Its actual day of removal is April 6th.

If you intend to watch Imposters before it leaves Netflix, we should note that the series is currently one of the many shows blocked on the advertising tier, meaning you’ll need to watch in a premium tier.

As a final aside, we should note that Adam Brooks, one of the two showrunners of Imposters, has just set up a new project at Netflix. He was announced in March 2024 to be writing and directing a new romantic comedy called The Life List exclusively for the streamer that will star Sofia Carson,
