Netflix has scooped up its second major reality competition show from the US with America’s Got Talent. Every episode of season 13 will be coming to Netflix in the United Kingdom throughout 2018. We’ve got all the details below.

Netflix in the United Kingdom will be getting every new episode of season 13 which just started airing in the United States on NBC.

America’s Got Talent is a talent show where the initial stages see auditions from the general public showcasing their talents. To Brits, the series is just the American equivalent of Britains Got Talent. BGT airs on ITV but recently wrapped up its latest season.

The premise of the show is super simple. A panel of four judges top talent from the United States of America. Previous judges have included Howard Stern, Jerry Springer, and Regis Philbin. Season 13 judges include Simon Cowell, Mel B, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel.

This isn’t the first talent show that’s come exclusively to the UK. Two years ago, Netflix secured the international rights to RuPaul’s Drag Race. It fills a relatively uncatered hole on Netflix with its only true Original competition show being Ultimate Beastmaster.

When do new episodes of America’s Got Talent come to Netflix UK?

New episodes air on NBC every Tuesday and make their way onto Netflix UK the following Thursday at roughly 8 AM (GMT).

Will America’s Got Talent: The Champions come to Netflix too?

In case you didn’t already know, NBC is airing a new spin-off show later this year. The new series will see past contestants from both AGT and other countries equivalents of the shows against one another. No announcement has been made about whether this series will be coming to Netflix as of yet.

Why aren’t other regions included?

No other region has been included in this new deal to our knowledge. The United States will definitely not be streaming the show as new episodes of season 13 have already been making their way onto Hulu.
