May is shaping up to be a surprisingly quiet month for new K-dramas on Netflix, although the month will see the arrival of one of the most highly anticipated shows of the year, The WONDERfools. May will also see the continuation of weekly K-dramas Sold Out on You and We Are All Trying Here.

In case you missed it, we’ve also tracked the latest K-drama releases in April 2026. There’s also plenty of K-dramas to look forward to watching on Netflix in 2026!

Please note: This is not the complete list of K-dramas coming to Netflix in May 2026. More titles could be announced throughout April and May.

Arguably one of the most highly anticipated K-dramas of 2026, so far, it looks like Netflix is clearing the schedule for The WONDERfools. Park Eun Bin and Cha Eun Woo are two of the most popular Korean actors right now, and as such, we expect a strong performance from the series and for it to be top of the non-English shows global charts.

In a world where superpowered beings exist, those with flawed powers are known as “defective superhumans.” These individuals may possess superhuman abilities, but cannot fully control them or use them at will.

At the time of writing, Sold Out on You has yet to make its debut, but we expect a strong performance from the K-drama.

Matthew Lee, the CEO and lead researcher of a natural cosmetics ingredient company, runs the world’s only farm that produces miracle ingredients. Dam Ye Jin is an ace home shopping host known for her streak of sell-out successes. She handles a wide range of products with expertise, but her intense dedication to work has led her to suffer from chronic, severe insomnia.

The K-drama is off to a surprisingly slow start, considering its highly coveted weekend time slot. With ten episodes still to go, there’s plenty of time for the K-drama to turn things around.

Hwang Dong Man was part of a famous group of aspiring filmmakers known as “The Eight,” but it’s been 20 years, and he’s yet to make his debut, while his peers have gone on to become famous directors and producers. Struggling to get over his feelings of worthlessness, he meets the overwhelmed producer Byeon Eun Ah, who, despite her ruthless and brutal script critiques, aids Hwang Dong Man while overcoming her own emotional overload.
