Indian comedy series Little Things is returning to Netflix in November 2019 for its third season. The series has quickly become of the region’s hottest comedies and will release on Netflix globally on November 9th. Here’s what we know about season 3 and what this series means for Netflix.

Netflix has been steadily expanding on focusing on India as a region. It’s made huge investments in both content and innovating in the country that’s a key growth region for the streaming service. Sacred Games, Delhi Crimes and the more recent Bard of Blood have been huge successes for Netflix.

Little Things can be compared to comedies such as Love on Netflix or the likes of Friends. It’s about a couple that’s navigating the modern-day complexities living in the bustling city of Mumbai.

The show isn’t quite a full Netflix Original as many people are often quick to point out. Dice Media produces the show and Netflix licenses it under its Original banner but originally began life as a YouTube series.

What we know about Little Things season 3 on Netflix

In this season, we’ll be seeing how the couple copes when their relationship becomes a long-distance one. Their relationship is already on dicey terms anyway thanks to a rocky ending to season 2 of the show.

Here’s how Netflix is describing the latest season:

Dhruv moves to a different city to follow his dreams while Kavya finds that she discovers herself in her newfound independence.

Will this be a new chapter in their relationship or the last one?

A trailer was released on Netflix’s India YouTube on October 9th and has since seen over a million views. To put that in context, Insatiable which is also another Netflix comedy only garnered 900k viewers in a similar time span.

As per previous seasons, you’ll have a choice of language subtitles but it’s worth noting the series is shot in English. Those in India will have access to the original Hindi version too.
