On August 6, Netflix takes us back to Silver Falls for My Life With the Walter Boys Season 3. With just a few weeks to go until the Season 3 premiere, Netflix has debuted an official trailer, first look stills, and a new poster.

Almost a year after My Life With the Walter Boys Season 2 aired, we’re merely weeks away from returning to Silver Falls once more. The upcoming, 10-episode season marks the return of our series leads — Nikki Rodriguez (Jackie), Noah LaLonde (Cole), and Ashby Gentry (Alex) — and also sees the arrival of new series regulars, including Naveen Paddock (Anything’s Possible) as Eliot, Chad Rook (Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City) as Mac, and Erin Karpluk (Being Erica) as Hannah.

When the show returns, it promises more romance and drama than ever before. “The last time we saw the Walters, Jackie and Cole finally confessed their love for each other, only for Jackie’s boyfriend — and Cole’s brother — Alex to overhear,” the official Season 3 synopsis reads. “But their conversation was interrupted when Walter patriarch George was rushed to the hospital. Season 3 sees the Walters realize what’s important in the fallout from this – and discover that it’s okay to go after what you want. With their love lives still hanging in the balance, Alex turns to his new rodeo riding team, and Cole gets back in the driver’s seat of his life, literally, when a race car driver sees potential in him. Meanwhile, Jackie pours her heart into developing the town’s community space. But when a childhood friend arrives from New York, the life she left behind proves harder to forget than she expected.”

How did Season 2 end? And what can we expect in Season 3?

At the end of Season 2, Jackie (Nikki Rodriguez) admits that she is in love with Cole (Noah LaLonde), after he says it first. She admits that kissing him makes her feel free — but she is terrified of losing control. While they confide in each other, Cole’s brother Alex (Ashby Gentry) secretly overhears her confession from the front porch. Meanwhile, there’s a medical emergency at the Ranch: George (Marc Blucas) is found stranded in a field, having suffered what appears to be a heart attack.

“What happens at the end of Season 2 is every kid’s worst nightmare,” Noah LaLonde told Netflix TUDUM.. “It puts a lot of things in perspective.”

Additionally, this season sees Jackie begin to put herself first more often. “Jackie has never put herself first ever, and that manifests in being a perfectionist people pleaser all the time, not making the decisions she wants to, and then making a lot of mistakes,” Nikki Rodriguez explained. “For the first time, this season she does start to put herself first.”
