A new and exciting Thai thriller, The Master of the House, is on the way to Netflix in July 2024. Here’s everything we know so far.
Master of the House is an upcoming Thai Netflix Original thriller directed by Sivaroj Kongsakul. Kulp Kaljareuk is the series’s executive producer, and Kantana Motion Picture Company is the production company behind the project.
When is Master of the House coming to Netflix?
A trailer for the Thai thriller hasn’t been released yet, but we can already confirm that Master of the House will premiere on Netflix on July 18th, 2024.
What is the plot of Master of the House?
When their diamond tycoon father mysteriously dies, the ruthless heirs fight for the family estate with their stepmother and former maid, Kaimook, who only recently married their father.
Director Sivaroj Kongsakul had the following to say about the themes of the series;
“The core theme of this series revolves around our ability to manage power and greed, and whether our pursuits might inadvertently harm others. If left unchecked, it can wreck relationships, families, societies, or even entire nations. How can we control these impulses? Are we aware of the pain we might inflict in our quest for success? This aspect makes the show both entertaining and compelling, prompting viewers to reflect on these issues.”

Who are the cast members of Master of the House?
Narilya Gulmongkolpech plays Kaimook, the wife of tycoon Roongroj and former maid. Master of the House is the actress’s Netflix debut; she has previously starred in films such as The Medium, Mayhem!, and Postman.
Teerapong Leowrakwong plays Roongroj, the diamond tycoon.

Chartayodom Hiranyasthiti as Phupat, the eldest son currently running the family business. The actor has starred in multiple Thai dramas over the past few years, but yet to make his Netflix debut till now.

Thanavate Siriwattanagul as Mavin, the younger brother. Like his fellow co-stars, Thanavate is making his Netflix debut in Master of the House.
