First of all, here’s this week’s top highlights:

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974)

Among the countless Slasher titles that have been made, none are quite as famous as The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Kickstarting a movement that inspired a generation of Slasher filmmakers and writers, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre’s influence can still be felt throughout today, for without it we may not have some true classics over the decades.

In rural Texas, a group of teenagers making their way across the state to a gravesite, encounter a deluded hitchhiker and an empty gas station. When they stop by a homestead that belongs to the Sawyer family, one by one, the group of teens is killed for meat and for sport.

The Kominsky Method: Season 2 N

The first season of The Kominsky Method was a great success, with many subscribers and critics alike praising the charm and acting of Michael Douglas and Alan Arkin. Returning for another eight episodes, let’s see where life takes us for Sandy Kominsky and Norman Newlander.

Retired veteran actor Sandy Kominsky teaches acting classes, teaching his own acting technique known as “The Kominsky Method”. While teaching Sandy falls in love with one of his students, but lacks the skills in making relationships to make it work.  Norman, Sandy’s agent, and friend is struggling with his own relationships after the death of his wife, and coming to terms with his daughter’s drug abuse.

Ant-Man (2015)

One of the lesser-known heroes of the Marvelverse, Paul Rudd brought his own brand of charm and comedy to the role, greatly increasing the character’s popularity. While the film isn’t held in the highest regard amongst the MCU, it’s still a fun adventure that can be enjoyed by everyone.

Recently released from prison, Scott Lang, is roped into one last job to steal from Doctor Hank Pymm. After successfully stealing a mysterious suit, upon wearing it, Scott is able to can transform the size of his body to be as small as an ant. When the technology of the suit is replicated by Hank Pymm’s former protege, Scott must team up with Hank Pymm and his daughter Hope, along with his friends to pull off the heist of the century.
