Another season of the docu-series Rotten is on the way to Netflix in October 2019 with another batch of episodes that takes a look into the food industry and expose the corruption, waste, and dangers from the food industry. Here’s when and what we know about the second season.

Rotten first debuted on Netflix all the way back in 2018 in early January. The series, across the six episodes, took a look at the food industry or more to the point, the dirty secrets of the food industry. It covered a myriad of topics including looking at the production of peanuts, chicken production, milk, cod, and honey.

The series was well-received by both critics and Netflixers around the globe and remains one of the best docu-series Netflix has produced thus far.

The studio behind Rotten, Zero Point Zero Productions, is also behind some other hit Netflix shows. They produce Somebody Feed Phil, My Next Guest Needs No Introduction and an upcoming series that’s yet to be revealed.
