Albert Adrià is one of the leaders of Spain’s culinary avant-garde scene. Cristina Martinez is the chef/co-proprietor of acclaimed Philadelphia Mexican restaurant South Philly Barbacoa. Each season so far has visually stunning and I’m confident this season will be no different.
