It’s time to look ahead at all the movies and series currently planned to be departing Netflix in the United States throughout July 2023, with highlights including the entire Resident Evil movie franchise and both seasons of Chappelle’s Show.

Why are movies and series leaving Netflix? As you may know, Netflix licenses a lot of its content for a fixed period of time (including its Netflix Originals), and these removals indicate their time on the platform is up.

Our lists will look a lot different to many outlets around the web. That’s because we don’t copy and paste Netflix’s own PR list and instead do the work in getting every removal instead of a handful. In addition, we also list titles for their actual day of removal, meaning if you want to watch any of the titles below, you’ll need to do so the day before removal.

This list will be constantly updated throughout June and into July 2023, so keep it bookmarked. We’re also covering Netflix UK removals here.
