Welcome to the most comprehensive look at what’s coming to Netflix over the next 7 days. This list features titles that most other outlets haven’t got hold of. This week features some great new titles including some lesser-known ones too.
It’s going to be a busy week for new releases but if you want some recaps of the last week, go and check out what was popular and what we believe are the best TV shows and movies added over the past 7 days.
Disney’s The Princess and the Frog (2009)
Release date: Tuesday, July 16th
As the Disney contract wound down last week with the addition of Mary Poppins Returns, Netflix is also getting new Disney titles as part of the pay-2 window too.
Nominated for 3 Oscars this 2009 hit adapts the Disney Princess story for a modern audience. It sees a waitress attempt to turn a frog prince back into a human while pursuing her dream to become a restaurant owner.
Wynonna Earp (Season 3)
Release date: Tuesday, July 16th
The popular Syfy series Wynonna Earp returned for its third season last summer and is finally now coming to Netflix.
Although the future of the series has been in doubt, just recently, the series got its full go-ahead to begin filming its fourth season.
Pinky Malinky (Part 3) Netflix Original
Release date: Wednesday, July 17th
This will likely be the final block of episodes of the Nickelodeon turned Netflix animated kids show. It’ll once again see Pinky, a hot-dog, living in the human world.
This series has been fascinating to cover given the show was picked up by Netflix long after it finished. Most of the core team on the show have moved on to other projects.
Secret Obsession (2019) Netflix Original
Release date: Thursday, July 18th
This thriller sees someone come round from a traumatic event to find herself still in danger but without memory of what happened to her the first time round.
Among the stars featured in this movie includes Brenda Song, Mike Vogel, Dennis Haysbert, Ashley Scott, and Paul Sloan.
Money Heist Part 3 (aka La Casa de Papel) Netflix Original Spanish Series
Release date: Friday, July 19th
This week, the biggest Spanish show on Netflix by a country mile returns for its third outing. The team are scattered after the events of part 2 but have to team up once again.
Also, the show looks like it has been renewed for a fourth season too!
